I Should Have Won the Nobel Peace Award- Bashar Assad

I personally thought this year's organizers of the Nobel Prize awards would have done the right thing, but they did otherwise.
Last year, they unceremoniously awarded the prize to a President who started wars as against his election promise. Children were killed by American planes. I make my self very clear, children were killed. Do I have a proof?
It is in the public domain that Gaddafi's grandchildren were killed by America's Bomb. Those kids have a right to life just like Obama's kid do. Obama ordered those strikes even when it was clear to the world that all the West wanted was a regime change.

We all are not oblivious of the antics of Islamist in that country and the impunity of injustice in that region these days. Let it be known that Mr Obama was the Air-force commander that has entrenched that region to its present turmoil. To crown his effort for entrenching impunity in the Northern region of Africa was an ironically awarded Nobel Peace Prize Award.

This year was another shocker from the Nobel Award Committee. The world stood at awe;waiting for the announcement with much anticipation that the young Malala was going to be  awarded the prize, only to get a shocker. It would have made more sense if the young teenager had won the coveted prize. Not only would she be a symbol of hope for children but a clear message to the terrorist. Quite a pity, she got only a visit to the oval office and a coveted Presidential Handshake. What a prize for a kid who took bullets to the head.

This gives credence to a Bashar Assad to make an expensive joke. Alot of persons won't take such joke lightly. Most Especially when more than 100,000 people have died since the beginning of the Syrian conflict. Anyway, its still a joke. Jokes have two consequences; it either eases tension or would amplify it.

According to the Agence France-Press, Assad "jokingly" said that he should have been awarded this year's Peace Prize rather than actual winner, the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW). The OPCW are tasked with the mandate in eliminating chemical weapons from Syria against the backdrop of its use a few months ago allegedly by the Assad regime.

Who do you think in your opinion deserved this year's Nobel Peace Award? In my opinion the young girl from Pakistan did.
