Hon. Chidi Lloyd, the mace bearing member of the River State House of Assembly and loyalist of Rotimi Amaechi who used a mace to attack his colleague, Hon. Michael Chinda and assualted hm to the point where he was hospitalized, has been declared wanted by the River State Police Command.Amazingly, after Lloyd attacked and almost killed Chinda, he turned aorund and told the press that it was him that was attacked. His story was bought by Nigerians until a video surfaced on youtube showing him infliciting serious bodily damage to his colleague.
