president GoodLuck Jonathan has appointed Nigerian Singer,actress and politician Onyeka Owenu as the Executive Director of the National Centre for Women Development(NCWD),Abuja.Onyeka Onwenu who hails from Anambra state was born on May 17,1961. She is a famous singer,an anward -winning actress and former chairperson of the Imo state Council for Arts.
