Well from close-look it does seem she forgot her panties at home. Its no news these days; Riri forgets hers often though.But coming from bad publicity where the former Disney's child star had at the VMA's she has since not stopped. She came out with a naked video from her single 'wrecking ball' and now this dress showing obviously she has no panties on. Maybe it would enhance a quickie or betterstill maybe its the new trend to get publicity. Smh!
