Nigeria's own piers Morgan, "@jeremyweate" called out Japheth Omojuwa for plagiarism.

He praised omojuwa courage but however did not fail to call his attention to his incessant pursuant appetite to draw from people's cistern without acknowledging the source. The material of interest was a piece written by
@xeenarh one of the co-participant of the said protest (#NISPROTEST) a female activist who was also arrested . Jeremy weate was more concerned that Omojuwa was positioning himself as the villain and hero without acknowledging his co-activist as can be posited by omojuwa's post on his blog which seems to project him as the author of the piece when infact he virtually lifted same from @xeenarh's blog. In jeremy's words, " Solidarity requires acknowledging that the struggle was collective".

I think what Jeremy weate  was more concern about the place of women in political struggle and sees Omojuwa's action as a serious breach of trust and misconduct emanating from someone who is seemed to be role model. He was quite clinically in pointing out to omojuwa's consistency in these acts of plagiarism (you may want to read more by following @jeremyweate).

However, this twitter call out by @jeremyweate did not go down well with Japheth, the self acclaimed activist. He has since being spewing fire and brimstone as he usually does when he is engaged in candid discuss as he does see himself as the alpha and omega of the Twitter voltrons. Its a pity this time someone from the inner circle has called his attention to his short-comings. I hope he understands he has over 100,000 followers who see him as a role model. He now knows he is not a super human above mistake and should also know he is also capable of apologizing not just seeking apology from all and sundry when infact he has never done so.

For once, someone put him to sleep early. I hope to read more of @omojuwa. He is one young man to look out for. He promised to be in Lagos for the lock down of the Lekki bridge. I am more than ready to go shoulder to shoulder with him all the way as a volunteer ready to be arrested, beaten or better still pay the ultimate price.

I would also want to bring the attention of all that some protest like this would also be welcomed in Ibadan. Some persons were left to die in now what is christened the "Toka house of Horror". Dont you think we need to call the Oyo State Government to answer some cogent questions? Its important we all know that what is good for the goose is also good for the gander.
