EBOLA: MEDICAL TERRORISM TARGETING AFRICA FOR ECONOMIC GAINS- OGHAGHARE ESE

Ebola is here. Nigerians need to wake up to this reality. Dooms Day is here. I have never minced words when I discuss this subject with friends that the outbreak of the Ebola Virus this time in Africa is not a natural disease outbreak. I may not have proofs but this is clearly and simply put- MEDICAL TERRORISM. \

The latest outbreak began in the forests of remote eastern Guinea in February. Its arrival of one of the world's deadliest diseases in Nigeria, Africa's biggest economy and its most populous country, with 170 million people, has caused panic.

Nigeria and other African Nations hasn't got the balls to question the Super power nations who are
perpetrating this act all for economic gains. HIgh density African countries are targeted this time- It has to be conakry and Lagos. The aim is to reverberate the State of Fear and panic. God knows they have the cure.

They won't let their doctors rot and buried away in the woods of Africa. Suddenly Americans are infected then surfaces the Miraculous untested drug with so much promises and cure. Quite remarkable and impressive the story sounds.

An excerpts from the Huffington's Post has it that we should not expect big American drug companies to come to the rescue.

Pharmaceutical giants are sitting this one out. That's mainly because treating a disease that affects a relatively small number of people who typically don’t have a lot of money doesn’t offer a great return on investment for profit-driven companies, experts told The Huffington Post Tuesday. It's unclear how much profit it would take to get Big Pharma interested in finding an Ebola cure, but right now such a project could well be a money-loser, they said.

“You’re just talking a small number of cases,” said Thomas Geisbert, a professor at the University of Texas medical branch at Galveston whose lab is researching possible treatments for Ebola. Geisbert noted that the number of Ebola patients right now pales in comparison to the number of people suffering from diseases like malaria and cancer. “Who are they going to sell it to?” he said of an Ebola treatment.

One thing we must do lets maintain a high standard of hygiene practices- Always wash your hands with soap. Avoid over crowded places. How are Lagosians going to survive this most especially as buses are overcrowded and more so we are a contact society? God help us. CURE IS NOT COMING SO SOON. THE CASUALTY NEEDS TO INCREASE SO AS TO MAKE IT JUICY FOR THE WESTERN PHARMACEUTICAL FIRMS.
