Thomas Frieden, Director of the CDC, reported that the infected patient was traveling from Liberia and left on September 19th, arrived in the U.S. on September 20th, but had no symptoms of the disease during that timeframe. On September 24th, the patient developed symptoms, and then sought care on September 26th. On September 28th, the patient was admitted to the hospital in Dallas.
American Health system is been put to test as they need to contain the spread else the Nation would go into a state of fear. It is now official that Ebola is not just a Africa problem but now a world threat. More needs to be done to check its spread. Nigeria has contained hers I hope the Americans do the same. I wish the patient a speedy recovery. Thank-God he didn't fell ill in Liberia- that would have been a death sentence.
