9 Signs You have Met your Soulmate

Mention the word "soulmate" to a group of people and you're bound to get a few eye rolls. The idea that there's one magical person for you who you'll fall in love with instantly and never disagree with is just not realistic.

What does exist -- at least for many people -- is a person who you know instinctively, who you connect with on the deepest level and who allows you to grow as a person within the relationship. When that person is a romantic partner, you've come across something truly special.

So how do you know when you've found The One? Below, a team of love and relationship experts identify the most telling signs.

1. You communicate without speaking.

#EkitiDecides: If You Threw Away Your Baton, Pick it and get back on track – Idris M Kabir

I have listened to analysts give their thought on the outcome of Ekiti state election. Fair enough, they all did a great job in explaining why things turned out the way it did. Having all agree that the election was free and (un)fairly conducted. Many have vehemently opined that the outcome was all about disconnection from the grassroots at one end. Others argue that it was firm contest between, “politics of development and politics distribution”.

Some “advocates of development and good governance”, Great men and women who stood for the people, have emphasize their disappointment on the decision of the electorates during the Ekiti polls. They felt very bitter and hurt after their ideology have been abandoned by the same people they advocate good governance for. Some even went ahead to accuse the masses of several crimes, including betrayal, ungratefulness etc. Others have responded by a claim to renounce their status of, “fighting the good fight” and are seriously contemplating retirement or other irrational ideas as a way out.

Do's and Don't During pregnancy-Gavin Shulman

Do eat at least five portions of vegetables daily. If you're eating healthy your baby is too.

Don't get up if you don't want to, but I would love a butterscotch pudding cup. I know we don't have any, but I bet Key Foods does. But seriously you don't have to go if you don't want to. But if they don't have them there though, maybe that fancy bodega on Third? I'm sure you can find it somewhere. And can you please bring me a spoon from the kitchen?

Do sleep on your left side. This is best for air-flow to the baby.

KFJ of Ekiti State Concedes Defeat Displays High sense of Political Maturity

Indeed a new sociology of the Ekiti people may have evolved. However, the task of understanding how the outcome of this election has defined us as a people will be that of scholars. For us as an administration and a cadre of political leaders in Ekiti State, we have fought a good fight, we have kept faith.

Artificial Vaginas on their way soon

A recent New York Magazine infographic brought to light the impressive evolution of prosthetics, which as of April includes vaginas.

The piece documents advancements in regenerative medicine over the years. During an interview Wednesday, the author Matthew Giles explained to HuffPost Live's Ricky Camilleri how exactly these artificial vaginas are created.

"You’re taking cells from external genitalia and you’re creating ... this scaffolding that you place the cells on, and then you implant it to actually create the cavity, and the body takes to it," Giles said. "Two of the four women that have undergone this procedure at Wake Forest [University] were able to menstruate."

The O.J Simpson Saga 20 Years Later

It was a story that captivated the world: a beloved former football star accused of killing his glamorous ex-wife and her handsome friend in a grisly crime of passion. The O.J. Simpson saga was part Shakespearean tragedy and part trashy daytime soap opera, with an unlikely cast of characters and a juicy plot so strange and twisted that few dared to look away. Debating whether O.J. was guilty or not became a national pastime — encouraged by the fact that virtually every second of his trial was broadcast on television. And that debate was often divided along racial lines, underscoring the painful truth that blacks and whites continue to have drastically different views of justice in modern- day America.

LAMIDO SANUSI: The wrong Emir of Kano, By Femi Aribisala[READ]

His Royal Highness, the new Emir of Kano, might end up with the same fate that befell him as CBN Governor.

Of all the cities in Northern Nigeria, Kano is perhaps the most important. Although it used to be subject to the Sokoto Caliphate, in many respects it has since become a far more important city in Nigeria than Sokoto. Kano was the administrative capital of the entire Northern Nigeria under British colonial rule. Today, it is by far the biggest metropolis in Northern Nigeria. It is not only the vibrant commercial capital of the region; it is a leading epicenter of economic activity in sub-Saharan Africa.

[Read] Boko Haram, Myths and Realities, By Adeolu Ademoyo

As those who officially claim to be members of Boko Haram and those who do not make such claim but are loosely and informally working under the Boko Haram doctrine continue their beastly slaughtering of people in the country, I expound the multiple views on Boko Haram held by some Nigerians.
I ask two simple questions: Do we want a modern Nigerian state? Or do we want to continue to desire Nigeria that is pre-modern and illiberal? Answers to these questions boil down to multiple but conflicting moralities among we Nigerians.

Omojuwa: Kettle calling Pot Black- ESE FREEMAN

I woke up this morning to read a piece from the stables of Mr. Omojuwa on the “the real enemies of President Goodluck Jonathan”. The young man like Fani Kayode is gradually becoming subtle with words; at least with some sense of decorum.

Taking on Mr. Omojuwa on his comments as it does appear on his piece, he describes “ …..Political battles between the PDP and the APC as normal inasmuch as it doesn’t degenerate to slander, mudslinging and blackmail”.

I quite agree with that position but I have to say to Mr. Omojuwa that he is not a saint and he is only being hypocritical with such words.

Let it be known to Omojuwa that he is everything negative about that quote above (a slanderer, a mudslinger and of course a blackmailer).

Dangote, Seplat and Who Next? By Okey Ikechukwu

Okey-Ikechukwu-Back-Pg-New.jpg - Okey-Ikechukwu-Back-Pg-New.jpgWhen is a corporate organisation expanding business frontiers, breaking new grounds and taking real business risk in a positive sense? Chief Mike Adenuga and his ever-expanding empire is perhaps one good example of how grit, courage, foresight and resilience can be a game changer. Think back to the days when this particular businessman broke new grounds by daring to walk into the then scary world of telecoms. There were initial controversies, of course, but his Nigerian firm was the only indigenous organisation that rose to the occasion at the time. It was also the first player in the sector to show Nigerians that per second billing is not possible for GSM calls.

Emotional Illusion by @jjshughar and @fragiletimbzz

Olufemi
I am a victim of a failed relationship; we started off well. We saw places, went on dates, kissed on the streets, laughed at each other’s dry jokes, shared everything (secrets inclusive), and made sweet love. After a while, things changed. I thought it was just the stress of schoo
ling, and that we’d make up for displaced moments. But nothing changed. It didn’t dawn on me that our relationship had taken a drift off the road.
